Today, ARIS TT Bank found out who their opponents will be for the TOP 16 phase at this seasons Euroleague competition. During the draw that took place at 13:45 (Greek time) at the Real Casa de Correos in Madrid, more commonly known as the Puerta de Sol, the “yellows” were drawn in Group E, where they will compete against Lietuvos Rytas, which they competed against in the regular season, Tau Ceramica, and Fenerbahce Ulker. |

ARIS TT Bank would like to announce the agreement with Darius Washington. The American guard agreed to wear the yellow jersey for the next year and a half, and sent out his signed contract with the agreement to be on the team. Today he will travel across the Atlantic from Orlando Florida, and he is expected to arrive in Thessaloniki tomorrow evening.

SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs announced today that they have re-assigned guard Darius Washington to the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League (D-League).
The 6-2, 195-pound Washington was signed by the Spurs on October 1. He has appeared in 18 games with the Silver and Black, averaging 2.9 points and 1.1 rebounds while shooting .438 from the field.

Spurs rookie Darius Washington noticed a big difference between life in the NBA and life in the Development League when he checked into the team hotel on his first road trip with the Austin Toros this season.
"It's not the Ritz-Carlton," Washington said. "It's more like a Comfort Inn or something like that."
After spending the past week with the big club, Washington knows his days at the Ritz are numbered.

LOS ANGELES — The telltale about Tony Parker's ankle injury was working on his jumper with Spurs shooting coach Chip Engelland on Thursday morning at Santa Monica High School.
Darius Washington, called up from the Austin Toros of the National Basketball Development League, arrived here in time for the Spurs' morning shootaround. His presence was a clear indication Parker's injury may keep him out of action for a game or two, and maybe longer.

Austin, TX - Spurs guard Tony Parker made the trip to Austin Saturday night to see the Spurs D-League affiliate Austin Toros defeat the Tulsa 66ers 109-104. The Toros led by as many as 11 points going into halftime, but the 66ers solid shooting enabled them to stay close and take the lead with 4 minutes left in the third quarter. The Toros and the 66ers matched up most of the night shooting roughly 50% from the field and 75% from the free throw line.
